Pros: Location, accessibility to restaurants and historical sights, safety, and a concierge service. The mattresses are soft. The terrace is a nice addition, though it has noise restrictions. Noise is also unavoidable in the inner courtyard due to the surrounding 360-degree walls. Additionally, the terrace was too hot to use during July. Apartment is equipped with TWO air conditioners!
Cons: There is no microwave, and we found ants on the dining table. The bathroom is very small and can only be accessed by walking through the bedroom. The Wi-Fi signal is weak in the far room. There were no instructions provided for the cooktop or the garbage disposal. Some communication were sent in Italian - thanks to Copilot it was easy to translate :) Finally, there were only a few cups available, and one of them was leaking.
