Es nuevo y está limpio.
Tuvimos que esperar media hora para poder ingresar, inclusive habiendo avisado con antelación la hora de llegada. Había cosas rotas en el apartamento que tuvieron que reparar tras nuestra llegada. El barrio es muy ruidoso, con discotecas y fiestas al rededor.
