TN's House

Lovely place, lovely staff. Large, clean room with very good aircon, plus a fan. Super easy access a couple of blocks from the beach and even closer to everything else needed - restaurants, mini-marts, barbershops, laundry, all right there. Definitely good value for money and worth it to extend my stay here.

There were several power outages, but that's on Da Nang, not TN's House. Apart from that, thisi is a great place to stay.

Very central location. The bed was comfortable. There was a lot of space in my room. The apartment was in a safe location near to the seafront and many shops and restaurants. The host was helpful and stayed up to help me find the room at a late hour, due to my flight arriving late. The host was friendly and kind.

The room was not clean-the table had dust and the floor was dirty. The carpets and mats also needed cleaning. Be aware there are many floors and not always someone to help with bags, so do not book if you cannot lift your luggage up to 4 flights of stairs. The shower lacked power.

Relatively centrally located, within walking distance, everything very easy to reach, yet very, very quiet for the local standards. That was a pleasant change for us.

Die Lage war sehr gut und die Vermieterin war auch nett. Die AC, die Dusche haben gut funktioniert

- Im Zimmer gibt es so gut wie kein Sonnenlicht. - Die Vermieterin meinte es ist sauber und es war auch frisch gewischt aber sie hatte die Möbel nicht verrückt und als ich den Tisch weggeschoben habe um mehr Platz für meine Beine zu haben, war es sehr schmutzig. - Das Bad und die Küche sind in keinem guten Zustand. Hab das Bad nur benützt als ich wirklich musste und die Küche sogar garnicht weil ich es einfach nicht wollte. - Eigentlich ist das ganze Apartment, außer das Schlafzimmer, Teil des Eingangs zum Haus. Sie haben einfach eine Wand aufgestellt die aber nicht mal durchgehend ist, somit hört man alles was im Gang passiert wenn man die Tür zum Schlafzimmer nicht schließt.
