Location
Dirty, poorly maintained. The owner refused to assist with advice on how to use the radiator heating system as I had no idea how to use it. Language barrier was an issue, but he repeatedly refused requests to come and demonstrate. Shivered through 5 days. Constantly getting messages about how old the boiler is and it will break down. Well, if it is so old. Replace it.
