Located in CBD area, close to Futian metro station which serves a few lines and direct to aiport. There is a family mart, Starbucks and a few eateries downstairs. Mcdonald is within walking distance. Short ride to COCO Park Shopping Mall. Weekends are quiet as is in CBD.

Compared to some Chinese brand hotel chains, my wife & I had a fairly average experience with UrCove by Hyatt at Futian CBD. Other than a Mr James that went out of his way to help, the rest of the staff were just doing their duties. Room coffee machine came with coffee, but no sugar, milk or creamer. Laundry facilities were inadequate. Quiet location, and a little out of the way from food places. Had much better experiences staying at some of the Chinese hotel chains.
