This spacious and bright house is perfect for two families or three couples who want to holiday together. It is ideal for all seasons as it is fully air-conditioned but also offers underfloor heating in all rooms. Enjoy being together over a morning coffee and breakfast or balmy summer evenings on one of the terraces. You will find refreshment on warm summer days in the attractive pool and whirlpool in front of the house, as well as a barbecue on a covered terrace to prepare your favourite specialities.
There are also facilities for children nearby, who can play carefree on the playground 100 metres from the house. You can also reach the beaches in Volosko, Opatija and Iii by car, as well as the idyllic 12 km long promenade by the sea. Experience lots of entertainment, especially in Opatija with its rich gastronomic offer and many events throughout the year.
