Come and discover this beautiful vacation home in Provence. It is part of a villa with private pool, 17 km from Avignon.
Located on the Gard, on the outskirts of Vaucluse, the apartment is set on an enclosed and beautifully landscaped property reserved entirely for you. You will enjoy the pool area overlooking the vineyards, ideal for enjoying your dinners or aperitifs. The interior offers all the necessary comforts for a successful vacation. The owners, very discreet and helpful, live in the adjacent part and have two large friendly dogs.
Discover the fascinating city of Avignon with its Palais des Papes, its Pont Saint Bénézet, its gardens, its lively streets and its festival held every July.
For lovers of good wines, the magnificent village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, 14 km away, and the wine route, a few minutes away, with its wine villages such as Gigondas or Rasteau, offer the opportunity to taste the classified wines of the Côtes-du-Rhône.
The region, rich in history, is full of ancient and medieval towns such as Uzès (34 km), the majestic Pont du Gard Romain (25 km), Orange or Mornas. You can also enjoy the banks of the Ardèche or the Gardon in St-Martin-d'Ardèche or Collias and take a cruise on the Rhône to Arles and Beaucaire. The magnificent Wave Island Aquatic Park and Spirou Park will delight children.
