Bright holiday apartment in a two-family house in the town of Enemonzo, in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. A comfortable, covered terrace can be used for spending time outdoors. This town is located near the Friulian Dolomites Nature Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites Foundation site. The park offers unforgettable experiences of wilderness and tranquillity and is a great place for family holidays and nature exploration.
The apartment is actually just a few steps away from the park boundaries and you are in an unspoilt natural area. Extensive valleys without main roads and inhabited centres dominate the peaks of the Dolomites.
Among the other natural beauties you will also find Lake Sauris (20 km) and Lake Cavazzo (22 km). Forni di Sopra, a ski resort, is 30 km away. From Enemonzo you can take advantage of numerous cycle and mountain bike trails for enchanting excursions. San Daniele del Friuli, 50 km away, with its important cathedral and the prestigious Guarneriana library full of unique and ancient texts, is also worth a visit. The town is known worldwide for the production of the incomparable gastronomic speciality of IGP cured ham. Another exciting destination is Udine (70 km). The fascinating city of Trieste overlooking the sea, the capital of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, with its numerous museums and monuments, is 130 km away. To fully experience the atmosphere of Trieste, don't miss a visit to the beautiful Miramare Castle, its museum and its famous park.
