The lakes offer opportunities for swimming, fishing as well as pleasant excursions by boat, as some of them are connected. In the forests around Vittsjö there is a lot of game, blueberries, strawberries, lingonberries, raspberries and mushrooms. In Gundrastorp is the beautiful nature reserve Ubbalt. Through nearby Vittsjö leads the Skåneleden trail for those who like hiking. At the end of the 19th century, Vittsjö was a large and well-known spa town, as the air and surroundings were considered special. For those who want to play golf, there are about ten golf courses within 80 km from the cottage - the nearest is Vittsjö Golf Club. You can reach the sea within an hour's drive and the beautiful sandy beaches at Åhus and Blekinge archipelago on the east side and Halmstad, Båstad and Warrigelholm on the west side.
