This charming half of a semi-detached house is situated 4 km from Castelfranco di Sopra, in a commanding panoramic location overlooking the Valdarno within the Balze Nature Reserve. The property is not privately owned but comprises three separate residential units, each with its own entrance. The house is spread over two floors. From the loggia entrance on the first floor, where you can enjoy a magnificent, evocative view, you have access to the living room and kitchen, as well as two double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony overlooking the valley. The other bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, are on the ground floor. There are tables and chairs under the pergola in front of the house, and a section of the private garden lies slightly below this. Guests also have access to various children’s games, table tennis, volleyball and bocce. The restaurant area, with its large covered terrace, is situated approximately 100 metres from the house. Here you’ll find organic produce (wine, olive oil) from the small farm. A little further up is the large swimming pool, where you can sunbathe and admire the relaxing landscape amongst the olive groves. The pool is shared with the other guests at the property. The holiday home is ideally situated for visiting Arezzo (40 km) and its beautiful surroundings, as well as other interesting towns such as Florence (40 km), Siena (57 km), the Chianti hills (30 km) and other wine-producing regions (Via dei Colli Aretini, Setteponti).
