This large and luxurious two-storey houseboat is located in the small cozy marina Toft near Gråsten. Here you have the opportunity to live the maritime dream in a well-equipped vacation home. You can follow the shipping traffic, go to town or to the marina and buy freshly caught fish. Of course, you can also catch your own fish in the clean waters of the Baltic Sea. The houseboat has a weight of up to 120 tons, so it sits perfectly in place and moves only slightly in quiet movements when it is windy.
