Beautiful home in Tortora Praia a Mare
Guests of this beautiful semi-detached house near Tortora Marina (province of Cosenza) enjoy 2 swimming pools: a communal inground pool and a non-inground pool (6 x 3 m) for exclusive use. The property is located in a panoramic position, in the splendid surroundings of the Riviera dei Cedri and one side of the house faces the sea. It is the perfect solution for a relaxing vacation away from the urban chaos although the beautiful beaches and lively resorts of the area are nearby. The first floor consists of a large living area with living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms with bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, one of which has 4 beds, and a magnificent terrace with panoramic sea views, equipped with hydro-massage (4 people). On the 2nd floor you have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a panoramic solarium terrace, ideal for relaxing in complete privacy. In the garden area reserved for you, there is a pool not embedded in the ground and a fitness area with some equipment, while the pool shared with the owner is located on the other side of the house. An outdoor shower, gazebo, sun loungers and barbecue are also at your disposal to organize convivial barbecues with family or friends. The accommodation is particularly suitable for families with children or groups of friends spending their vacations together, and your four-legged friend is also welcome here! The famous resorts of Praia a Mare (3 km) and Maratea (14 km) can be quickly reached from here. The historic center of Tortora will enchant you with its atmosphere, its stone portals and its picturesque houses. For lovers of mountains and nature excursions, the beautiful Pollino National Park awaits you. All services are nearby.
