The beautiful vacation house is located only 40 minutes from Athens and near the beautiful sandy beach of Marathon Schinias. The house is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens with trees and colorful flowers and lots of greenery The garden on the left side offers a fully equipped barbecue area, here you can prepare a nice meal for your family. Right next to the barbecue area is built its own bar, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink in the cool shade. There is also an outdoor bathroom with toilet, shower and hot water. The house has a large pool with spacious terraces, ideal for sunbathing, with comfortable sun loungers and tables to enjoy your breakfast. The interior of the house offers plenty of natural light and has a particularly cozy feel with wooden ceilings. On the first floor there are three large and very comfortable rooms, tastefully decorated. Each room has its own character and a private veranda. The fourth bed is located on the upper level. This room has its own terrace overlooking the pool and faces the sunset. By the swimming pool is another bathroom. The managed sandy beach of Schinias is close to the house and offers many opportunities for water sports and beach activities. There are also restaurants and cafes in the area where you can try the local specialties. A visit to Marathon Lake is highly recommended.
