From the house it is not far to Saksild beach, a place that attracts kite surfers. On the beach you can also eat something or just enjoy an ice cream. The area is rich in farm stores, so you can easily stock up on regional delicacies. Children will be interested in a trip to the ecological garden and dairy, where you can pick up the milk very fresh and directly from the barn. A trip to the beautiful town of Odder is only a 15-minute drive away. Aarhus is only 30 minutes away by car.
