Havnsø is a nice, quiet place with a sailing and a fishing harbor, where also a ferry to the islands Nekselø and Sejerø docks. Near the cottage is a beautiful, child-friendly beach. In the evening you can watch the sunset over the island of Nekselø on the beach. Not far from here are two bird reserves in unspoiled nature. The landscape is created by the forces of the Ice Age and Odsherred is designated as a Geopark.
