In the town of Punat on the island of Krk, this modern vacation home awaits you, perfect for those looking for a luxurious vacation. The terraces offer views of the town, the countryside and the bay. The property, next to which a road runs, is closed, so your children can play here without any worries. In front of the villa is the star of this property, the outdoor pool with sun loungers. On the first floor is the indoor jacuzzi and a sauna for your wellness pleasure. A nice barbecue awaits you on your courtyard terrace. The parking space in front of the property is reserved for you. This villa has modern heating and air conditioning systems. There is underfloor heating in all rooms, making the villa a perfect choice in all seasons. In the basement there is a small fitness room, where you can also use a table soccer. The island of Krk is connected to the mainland by a bridge and is located in the far north in Karner Bay, so it is easy to reach. In Omisalj on Krk is the international airport Rijeka. The whole island is rich in historical monuments. In the village of Baska is one of the most beautiful beaches on the northern Adriatic. In Vrbnik you should definitely taste the wine Vrbnicka Zlahtina. Visit the cave Biserujka. The nearest beaches are only a few minutes drive from your villa. There are several very good beaches in Punat. The nearby town of Krk is only a 15-minute drive away and has an interesting old town and promenade. From Valbiska you can make a trip to the island of Cres by ferry. Cres is connected in the south by a bridge with the green island of Losinj. With this villa you can only hit the bull's eye!
