3 bedroom gorgeous home in Allinge

Centrally located in Tejn is this cozy older townhouse with roof terrace of 50 sqm, beautiful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and close to the beautiful rocky coast. The house is spacious and offers a large kitchen with nice dining area where you can enjoy vacation meals with sea views and the common area nearby with ball court and plenty of space to play. Attractively furnished living room on the 1st floor with great sea view. It is not possible to open the windows in the two bedrooms on the first floor. One of these bedrooms is a pass-through room leading from the entrance area to the kitchen. The bathroom is older. Cozy courtyard garden facing south with terrace area where you can relax and make yourself comfortable. If you want to swim in the Baltic Sea, it's only 50-100 meters down to the rocky coast and a swimming spot where you can get into the water via swimming stairs. Good parking at the house, so it is easy to transport groceries, bicycles and other luggage to the house.
