There is a soccer goal and a basketball hoop at the house and on the large lawn with a hedge there is plenty of room to play ball. A large, tiled, southwest-facing terrace and a good-sized covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue are available for you to fully enjoy your time outdoors on hot summer days. There is a sauna in the garden where you can warm up after a walk by the water. The house is furnished with bright furniture, there is a good living room with large windows to the terrace, the living room is in open connection with the fully equipped kitchen. In total there are three bedrooms. From one bedroom you have direct access to the bathroom with whirlpool, in total there are two bathrooms in the house. The beach is just a short walk away, it is a fine sandy beach with a bathing jetty in season.
