Detached vacation home with private pool and fenced outdoor area of 1,500 sqm. The house is located in the countryside between Lucca and Montecatini Terme, in an area along the ancient Via Francigena. It is about 6 km from Montecatini Terme, 19 km from Pistoia, 25 km from Lucca, 41 km from Pisa, 49 km from Florence, 51 km from Viareggio. Various services nearby: 2 km tennis court, 6 km riding stable, 7 km spas, 11,6 km golf course, 49 km free and equipped beaches (in Versilia, Viareggio, Torre del Lago Puccini). From the house and the outdoor area you can see the distant hills and mountains of the Tuscan Apennines. The private country and wooded garden is equipped with games for children (slide and swing) and garden furniture for outdoor meals. Possibility of fishing in a nearby sports lake (5 km) and visit the Padule di Fucecchio (11 km), a wildlife oasis of about 2,000 hectares, with equipped lookout points. The house is located on a larger property that also includes the owner's house and some rooms for agricultural use.
