Lodbjerg Hede is a nature area where many report seeing deer, hares and squirrels. The area offers nature playgrounds, a large golf course, a fishing lake and many trails where you can explore nature. Just 5 km away is the seaside resort of Søndervig, which is very lively in the summer. Here you will find various playgrounds, swimming pool, mini golf course, large bowling and activity center, restaurants and cafes, bike rental and grocery store. If you follow Badevej, you will come to the North Sea, where the beach seems endless. Throughout the area there are many kilometers of well-maintained cycling and hiking trails along the roads, but also through the dune landscape and along Ringkøbing Fjord.
