Here you will immediately feel at home. Your apartment is located on the first floor of the complex and is wheelchair-friendly and barrier-free. The access to the apartment is also at ground level. There is an extra-wide parking space available at this apartment. Here you will find two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. In the living area you can make yourself comfortable in front of the cozy light of the bio-ethanol fireplace. The modern entertainment system with Blu-Ray player, music system with MP3 connection as well as 3 flat screen TVs provides enough entertainment. In the living area there is also the sofa bed, which offers another place to sleep. A crib can only be placed in the living room, as there is not enough space in the bedrooms. All rooms are furnished in Scandinavian style and are bright and flooded with light due to the floor-to-ceiling windows. In the modern bathroom is the highlight of your apartment: the spacious rain shower. Here you can enjoy an extensive shower after a long walk on the Baltic Sea. The modern kitchenette offers plenty of space for cooking and is equipped with high-quality brand appliances. Here frahling lovers will find a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos and hand filter for home brewing, in case you prefer the classic filter coffee after all. On the terrace with a small green area, facing south, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air or have meals together with the family. From the terrace you can also catch a glimpse of the Travemündung and the passing large ferries every now and then. The view of this object is in the direction of Priwall beach. The neighboring a-ja resort has a nice spa area with sauna and swimming pool. This can be shared for a fee.
