The house is surrounded by a 5000 m² fenced plot, where the large swimming pool (depth 1.40-2.40 m) is located. It is an ideal accommodation for families with children and at the same time the ideal ambience for a romantic and charming vacation. Here your children can play undisturbed and while you relax in the sun or shade, totally forgetting about everyday stress! Inside the property there are some comfortably furnished outdoor areas, such as the solarium around the pool, the courtyard that serves as an outdoor lounge and a covered terrace accessible from the living room and equipped with large table and chairs: this is the ideal place for outdoor dining! The nature reserve will delight nature lovers and hikers, as there are many well-marked picturesque trails. But also sportsmen or kayakers can test their skills on the river Arno, around which most of the protected area develops. Being in the heart of Tuscany, you also have the opportunity to visit most of the beautiful and ancient cities of art, such as Arezzo (about 40 km), Florence (about 50 km), Siena (about 50 km).
