The house was built in 2009 and is part of the award-winning, modern, environmentally conscious architectural project 'Sorte Sol' (Black Sun). First-class materials have been used in the construction and furnishing, the interior harmonizes with the architecture, it is bright and of an informal, Scandinavian design. The large kitchen-living room is fully equipped and has, for example, remote-controlled blinds. In addition, the house has 4 bedrooms with desks in 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. The flat screen TV with DVD player is portable and can be connected in all rooms. The house is perfect for 2 families to relax and unwind, you can even work here in peace. Excursions are also easy to arrange from here. Golfers will find one of the most beautiful 18-hole links courses a few 100 meters from the house and at Sønderstrand kite surfing, beach sailing, hang gliding and much more is practiced.
