The house was built in 2009 and is part of the award-winning, modern, environmentally conscious architectural project 'Sorte Sol' (Black Sun). First-class materials have been used in the construction and furnishing, the interior harmonizes with the architecture, it is bright and of an informal, Scandinavian design. The large kitchen-living room is fully equipped and has, for example, remote-controlled blinds. In addition, the house has 4 bedrooms with desks in 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. The flat screen TV with DVD player is portable and can be connected in all rooms. Finally, you have a great view of the countryside on the large sun terrace, here are also an outdoor kitchen and dining area. The house is perfect for 2 families to relax and unwind, you can even work here in peace. Excursions are also easy to arrange from here. Golfers will find one of the most beautiful 18-hole links courses a few 100 meters from the house and at Sønderstrand kite surfing, beach sailing, hang gliding and much more is practiced. You have many opportunities to explore the unique nature of Rømø.
