This comfortable, smoke-free six-person villa with sauna is located in the spacious Buitengoed Het Lageveld, in a beautiful wooded area near Almelo and Enschede in beautiful Twente. The house is quietly situated in the park (on a cul-de-sac), close to the swimming lake with sandy beach and lots of toys. A good starting point for a wonderful holiday with the children. The garden is also completely fenced and therefore very suitable for a holiday with small children or with dog(s). The large garden is ideal for relaxing and is also equipped with deckchairs. The living room is well equipped with a TV and stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave with oven. The laundry room has a washing machine. On the ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway. The ground floor is also very comfortable due to the underfloor heating. Upstairs are the other two spacious bedrooms and a lovely infrared sauna suitable for two people. For stays of more than one week, the bed linen is changed weekly (cost per week). At the reception of the park you will find: - Information about excursions in the area - Bicycle hire - ice cream - Towel hire - Cot and high chair hire (advisable to book in advance) - The managers organise activities for the children during the holidays In the park there is a playing field with play equipment such as a trampoline and swings. Next to the park is the recreational lake (36 ha) where you can swim and your children can have lots of fun; in the summer months this is a swimming and recreational paradise. There is a double electric charging station at the entrance to the park, which you can use with your charging card. Buitengoed het Lageveld is a spacious family park where you can spend a relaxing time with your family. Not suitable for youth groups. Excursions: Adventure Park Hellendoorn (10 km), Ponypark Slagharen (34 km), Deventer (40 km) and Enschede (40 km). The beautiful town centre of Wierden is well worth a visit. Wierden is also home to De Kolk with its Turkish bath, sauna and whirlpool.
