This beautiful holiday home is surrounded by beautiful olive groves and only a few hundred metres from the sea. The terrace offers a marvellous view of the Kvarner Bay. A small, narrow gravel path, which you can walk along in ten minutes, takes you to the small beaches. By car you can quickly reach Ravni, where there are flat concrete and pebble beaches and tennis courts. Visit the historic town of Labin, known as the town of artists. Go on a day trip to Opatija, visit the famous parks, the sculpture of a girl with a seagull and the famous restaurants by the sea. - Pool open May - end September - Private outdoor swimming pool (40m2) - Air conditioning cold/hot
