Fjord view! With the Limfjord only 100m away, this 160m2 luxury wooden house was built in 1990 on a 1000m2 natural plot. The North Sea with its large, wide sandy beaches is about 6000m away; so you can even see it from the cottage on a clear day. A 17m2 sw. pool awaits you in the 45m2 pool room, which is partly visible from the living room. To the side of the pool room is your massaging whirlpool. Up to your chin you sit in swirling, water and enjoy a heavenly underwater massage. Adjacent to this is the solarium and one of the 2 bathrooms, as well as the sauna. The 40m2 wood-paneled living room is comfortably furnished for you with, among other things, a fireplace stove and is in connection with the open kitchen/dining area. 4 bedrooms are furnished with (1D)+ (1D)+(1D)+(2K). The Hems accommodates 4 children sleeping places (4M). Very suitable for 2 families as there are 2 bathrooms. 2 large terraces with garden furniture.
