Renovated in 2014, this first floor apartment is air-conditioned and has a tasteful interior. It is situated by itself in the beautiful garden of the owner and has a pleasantly shaded terrace. Guests enjoy a great panorama of the water of Étang de Berre or a bird sanctuary. You share the large pool with the other residents on site. This vacation property is the perfect starting point to explore Provence. Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Salon-de-Provence, the golden beaches and the Camargue are easily accessible by car.
