Beautiful villa of the 20th century on a hill, with magnificent views of the coast of Albenga and the island of Gallinara. This villa, located just 7 km from the beautiful beaches of Alassio, has been tastefully furnished by the owner, who is a lover of antique furniture. The property is fenced and surrounded by a park with tall trees.
There are many walking opportunities in Alassio, a popular tourist destination very famous for its landscape, beaches and historic buildings. We also recommend the following destinations: Cervo with its famous international classical music festival, Borgio Verezzi with its summer theater festival, Albegnas historical center which is only 1 km away. The villa is located only 80 km from the French Riviera, which can be visited in a day.
Note: The house can not be accessed by large vans or caravans, only normal cars and off-road vehicles.
