Location. It's situated just opposite the ocean, Biarritz reachable by foot. Good parking area, easy accesible. Simple breakfast but enough. We stop only one night on our way and it fulfilled its purpose.
It's a very old structure. Clearly it was built decades ago and it hasn't been renovated at all. It's so old that even if it's clean one can't be sure, one has the feeling the furniture can fall into pieces any second.

Wifi didn't work. No dish soap.

Good for a '1 night, no where else to go' stop.
Pool was good except for the smokers.
Breakfast was basic, but good coffee.
Check in is late at 4, but we were able to park and use the pool.
Quite a noisy bar on the road just opposite.
Uncomfortable beds.
Smokers around the pool.
