Elegant terraced house with well-kept garden and assembly pool in the small suburb of Pula. Solidly built and well equipped, with an air-conditioned living room and kitchen on the first floor and two bedrooms upstairs, it offers many amenities to its guests. On the well-maintained and fenced property are a nice terrace, a barbecue area and an assembly pool, which brings the right refreshment on hot summer days. Here was also thought of the younger guests, who can have fun on the slide and swing. - Pool open May - end September - Private outdoor swimming pool (28m2) - Air conditioning cold/hot - Pets: 1
