Today there are no traces of Zabut's castle, but on its foundations a terrace has been built, the Belvedere di Sambuca, which dominates the surrounding landscape. The Saracenic Quarter, on the other hand, has remained intact, with its narrow, sometimes blind and very winding alleys, enriched with small courtyards and underground quarries, which have recently been brought to light: A jewel of ancient urban planning, which perfectly reflects the vision of an Arab city center.
