Manna Gea Glamping Domes

Our overall stay was a nice experience. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the location is great, with a nice beach right in front (especially in the morning). A definite highlight was enjoying the pool, the jacuzzi, and the complimentary SUP boards. The dome concept makes for a unique stay in nature, but be prepared for mosquitoes and bring extra repellent (even though the host provides some).

On the downside, as mentioned in previous reviews, the domes do need maintenance and touch-ups. Also, considering the high-season rate we paid, the cleaning done by the housekeeping staff could have been more thorough.

There is a lot to love about these glamping pods and their location. Read all the reviews as I have found them to be accurate. The dome tent was v clean and well equipped. The location next to the coast was ideal and the sea was warm! The free loungers and use of paddle boards was easy to take for granted but a real highlight. The swimming pool and shared jacuzzi were clean and lovely to use. The site is not big or busy so it was easy to relax. The photos are accurate. Whilst we did have wildlife visitors, it added to our memories and amusement. The local town of Vonitsa is a 10 minute drive and has everything you could need.

There were bits of furniture that were broken (swing seat) or needed a little fixing (cupboard door handles and shower switch. I suspect it is not easy to find time or funds for constant maintenance. Whilst the 2 dogs onsite were very friendly, they also barked a lot during the night. I'm not sure why they were left loose as I don't think the manager lol bed onsite. Nikki, the manager, was very lovely and friendly but not always easy to find and I didn't have contact details for her. There is no reception or lounge area and the outside bar/snack hut is open sporadically with meals needing to be ordered hours in advance, which is not easy. The domes are showing signs of wear and tear. These are only slight niggles and did not stop us from having a wonderful short break.

Manna Gea è un piccolo angolo di paradiso, immerso nella natura, a 10 min da Vonitsa. Niki super gentile e disponibile. Perfetto per chi chi vuol fare un'esperienza stile 'camping' ma con alcune comodità (tipo una vasca jacuzzi a disposizione)
