Good location close to the town center. Parking easy to find close by.Air conditioning was a good plus. The general equipment was OK but not excellent
The stairs steepness was a surprise. The steps were fairly antiquated and demanded great care to go up or down. It would be a problem if you have a lot of luggage and /or difficulty to walk

L’emplacement était parfait, le logement est agréable, très bien aménagé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour s’y sentir bien.
La literie n’est pas du tout confortable, le canapé est dans un mauvais état.
La propreté des escaliers en copropriété ne donne pas envie du tout de monter jusqu’à l’appartement.

L'appartement très bien situé avec des parkings gratuits à côté. Un vrai plus., pour aller visiter à pieds autour. Un grand merci au monsieur que j'ai contacté en arrivant n'ayant pas reçu le code de la boîte à clés pour sa réactivité.
Le climatiseur insuffisant pour l'appartement. L'absence de store pour un velux. Les taies d'oreillers très froissées et le couvre canapé pas net. Dans la chambre le sol très poussiéreux derrière la tête de lit avec un livre tombé. Pas de lampes de chevet.
