Actually I like the way which Mr. Ahmed treated us while the customer service for the lagoon was so rude but he handled everything in good way.
The access was for lagoon only will the remaining Porto Golf facilities you can't use unless you aren't owner or renting apartment in it not in the lagoon.

Mr. Ahmed made sure all the time that all of our needs were met . The chalet was fully furnished. It had access to a private pool which was perfect for the safety of children. The stay was elegant and comfy .

Everything about the property is good and Eng Ahmed was always available to us. He went the extra mile with us to ensure we can reach the location safely and quickly, was always available when needed, keeps checking to make sure our stay is pleasant, and suggested locations to visit too.
