Great villa for a family stay using all 3 bedrooms. Plenty of living space- we didn’t need to use the upstairs daybed areas. Pool was a lovely shady retreat in the afternoon. Very quiet location. Drinking water always available. Short walk to beach and shops along locally used path. Very friendly, courteous staff. We Would stay again if family group. Two separate groups using might find a lack of privacy when using pool area but perfect for a family group.
Bathrooms could do with a Reno/freshen up but living areas, bedrooms were fine. Bathrooms weren’t a problem for us.

- fantastic location
- very nice people and caring
- very spacious
- bike rental
- close to turtle beach
- we didn’t sleep well, I think for the following reasons:
- Aircons very loud
- toilets and showers leaking
- mosquito nets above the beds should urgently be washed, as they smell
- linen were synthetic, not cotton
The staff was amazing and really helpful and friendly. However instead of picking up every single leaf I would invest some of their time in maintenance

Exceptionally pretty, secluded despite being close to main areas.
Nothing bad noted

We had a friendly welcome and the property was easy to find.
The air conditioning didn’t work on our first night. The Villa is dated and tired. Beds are very firm and uncomfortable. Pool area in full shade.
