紀州鉄道は思い入れのある電車なのでその話をしたら気さくに答えてくれた。フロントの接客がとても良かった。
エアコンの吹き出し口のカビが気になった。
テレビのリモコンの電池の蓋が壊れていて持ち上げると外れた。

フロントスタッフさんだけでなく清掃スタッフさんも総じて感じの良い対応でした！天候や観光のアドバイスをしてくださってとても助かりました。チェックアウトの時もベビーカーやトランクを一つ500円でお預かりいただけて江ノ島観光もスムーズでした！次もまた利用したいと思います！！
良くないのでは無く、こちらの対応が難しかった点は、3歳の息子が部屋の中で静かに歩けなかったり、親の声が大きくなったりで他の部屋の方にご迷惑をかけてしまったかもしれません…
