Sehr gut ausgestattete Finca: alle Zimmer mit Klima, 2 voll ausgerüstete Küchen mit Riesenkühlschränken. Pool und Grundstück immer sauber (jeden morgen mit Pool-Robo). Viel Platz. Vermieter wohnt nebenan und hilft wenn nötig (Kommunikation in spanisch via Übersetzungsapps), sonst super Privatsphäre. Lage super 3 min von Inca mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Rrstaurants, Palma oder Alcudia in 30 min Autobahn erreichbar.
Die Abwicklung der Kaution und Anmeldung erfolgt über Agentur Ideal Property, deren Tools und Prozesse sind etwas umständlich, hat aber alles reibungslos geklappt.
