Quarto amplo. Bom café da manhã. Lugar bonito.
Unidade, mal conservado. Porta do box não fecha, molhando todo chão quando toma banho. Banheira encardida. Infiltração no forro, com goteira vinda do andar de cima.

Chuveiro ruim com núcleo de água pouco e água morna mais frio , nessa época de frio não dá vazão e fica ruim pra se tomar banho .. Dica fazer manutenção ou a troca do chuveiro
