We had to answer 100 of emails, from the day we booked the place. so if u look for something smooth, dont book here. The landlord himself is not there. We had to communicate over emails to the person who had the keys. They do not speak a word English. So we ended up searching for the place 20 min, and searching for the person who gives us the key another 20 minutes. Finally we found her, over course of neighbors translating over the phone, in the street out of complex, 5 minutes walk from the house.

It is not written in advertiselment that cleaning is not included, so I was not ready for it. Obviosely communication is impossible. So i cleaned and tidied just surfaces, and end up recievinbg angry emails, and shocked shortly before my flight back. If you book from Germany, you know it is not regularly so, and cleaning is included specially when you book over booking.com and not airbnb.
