It’s an awesome place to stay.It was a great experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and very close to Rajbaga beach. This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner.Home cooked food was yummy. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Had all the facilities which one gets in a hotel. We had the whole house for us.We loved the ambience I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. Thank you Kirti and Ria for being nice hosts. We enjoyed this visit and will definitely come back, mainly for the home cooked Goan cuisine.🤤😋

Ria, the hostess of the house, made 100% sure that we were happy. Such a nice person. She even picked us up with her private car when the taxi driver was lost. Every room is shiny clean, we got 2 bedrooms with new beds. Every room has a strong fan. The location is very close to the Lalit hotel and the shops are just 5 minutes away. The value for your money is great! The beach is just 300 meters away.

Чистая квартира, очень приветливые хозяева, которые идут на встречу по всяким вопросам. Расположение в целом понравилось из-за красивого пляжа с прекрасной дорогой к нему.

Главная проблема -- отсутствие звукоизоляции + собаки которые лаят по ночам и не дают спать. Расстроили периодические отключения электричества и нестабильный интернет, работать в таких условиях не получится. Кондиционер только в одной спальне. Плохо работающий душ.
