Apartament sensownie wyposażony, czysty, stosunkowo świeżo po remoncie. Dobry kontakt z zarządcą.

Niestety uroki tej najgorszej strony polskiego morza. Pod oknem stoły do cymbergaja z dźwiękami krążka docierającymi do 22 i hałas z koncertów nieopodal. Nie.jest to.jakies super uciążliwe, nie mniej niekomfortowe. 3 piętro bez windy i tylko teoretyczny parking, gdzie auta się zastawiają i trzeba obdzwonić kilka numerów, żeby wyjechać.
