La pulizia
Il bagno, in particolare la vasca era scomoda. Il termostato era di difficile utilizzo e non corrispondeva a quello presente nel video introduttivo della casa.

Good location, comfortable to keep skiis and good car parking. Friendly and quite responsive staff.
Very uncomfortable beds, very slow and unstable wifi, no wine opener, so had to improvise, cold floors, no carpets even in the corridor, you can hear a lot of noise from the neighbors early in the morning. A lot of preasure on following their rules - leave no garbage, check out until 9AM, no boots inside the apartment, many notifications or emails about the rules, and if you will not follow them, there will be a fine etc. Windows are very leaky, so cold is coming through the windows. No additional heater which could be used.

房間跟被子都很暖活 乾淨
1.辦公室離住宿處走路要20分 我覺得超級麻煩 為什麼不改成電子鎖
2.要求要多一點衛生紙 辦公室回覆沒辦法 叫我們自己去買
3.必須自己倒垃圾
4.浴室有點老舊 連洗手乳都沒有提供
5.需要走一個長樓梯才能到家
