Sunshine Apartments in Batumi

Apartment was OK, well equipped in the center of the new town (hi rise building). View on the sea reachable in 3 min walk. Price was OK.

We received the morning before of our arrival an email stating we had to confirm our stay in 1 hour and pay some 150 GEL otherwise the booking would have been cancelled. This happened while we were in a trekking in Stepantsminda. I also tried to pay but instructions were not clear. I complained via mail saying that no prepayment was asked when i booked the room and they finally accepted to be paid the day after. Although we advised 1 hour before of our arrival as requested and at the arrival we wait more than 15 minutes in the hall. After the check-in i asked for some missing items via WUP but they didn't respond. On day 2 of 4 they moved us to another apartment in the same building providing different reasons. The new apartment, even if a bit smaller, was ok like the first one.
