Batur cottage

It’s a beautiful location, very peaceful and quite, surrounded by farm fields and forests, you can truly relax. The cabins are nice and clean, the bed is large and comfortable, with a net if needed, and blackout curtains. The bathroom is also large, the cabin was nicely decorated. There was a fan (no AC), but it was enough for me, as also in the evenings it gets chilly. I was able to book my Batur hike guide who picked me up at the location and brought us to the starting point where we started the hike (very convenient as the location is a bit remote). Asti also helped me arrange a taxi to Padangbai for 500K rupiah, and her daughter drove me to the warung on my first day to get some food, which was very kind. They have a few varied breakfast options. Asti is very kind and helpful.

It said on the booking listing that it had a kettle in the room, but that is not true, but I could ask for a cup of boiling water so that was fine The entrance door was a bit stuck and didn’t slide easily The location is beautiful, but remote, you need to go uphill on a ground road to get there. If you are with your own transport, you’re good; however, if you are relying on taxis and walking, keep in mind that grab or Gojek don’t work here, the closest warung (Karma warung, can recommend!) is around 10 min walk (through the downhill ground road), and there are some local convenience shops but they have very limited products. In general, the food options are limited in the area. Luckily Asti can help with arranging a taxi for a longer transfer Also, this part of Kintamani is infested with flies unfortunately, but this is nothing this location can fix. The toiletries were very limited

I havia moltes mosques dels camps, i no estaba de tot net, cama no còmoda, llençols tancats i mosquitera bruta, esmorzar molt just i plen de mosques, les tasques de neteja ho feia una noia jove, les mosques no era culpa del establiment tot éstsba plen per el camps, el water la tapa súper vella, matalàs molt utilitzat, llençols velles, camí de pujada molt mal estat, en sap creu dir això,
