המתקנים היו מעולים. הכל ברמה גבוהה. חשבו על הכל מכלי אוכל ועד מכונת כביסה ואבקת כביסה. פשוט נעים.

Lovely spacious apartment, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Good location and parking right infront of the building. Nice coffee shop right below apartment and walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Good value for money.

Would have given it 10 if it had not been that we got lost because the directions and address (in English) were unclear and incorrect. The way the host responded did not improve the matter. We inserted the address as per the confirmation and landed up in a deserted dodgy area in the early hours of the morning, which made us feel unsafe. After driving in circles we eventually deciphered and figured out the apartment's location and only checked in at 2 in the morning. Had to check out at 11 again the same morning because host could not offer us a late check out ( we asked for only 1 hour later check out) , although we explained that we were only 9 hours in the apartment and barely had time to sleep and shower and just needed some time to finish up. Considering her T's & C's for check In time for the next guest this should not have been such a big deal, especially because the apartment was basically unused, except for the bed and shower. The morning, at check out time, she came to the apartment and simply shrugged our getting lost complaint off, blamed booking.com for the address description and defensively said nobody else ever had a problem finding her apartment - we are experienced travelers and did not appreciate her tone. Then she wrote a message on booking.com saying that she is not at fault and that we should respect the check out time - which we took offence to because we did respect her rules, check out time and property - as per her rules we left her apartment 100% neat and clean at check out time, sharp. A little bit more respect, compassion and understanding from her would have gone a long way.
