- dank Rosalias Freundlichkeit, der perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung - das habe ich tatsächlich so in Italien noch nicht erlebt! Die Lage ist perfekt - ein schöner 30 minütiger Weg ins Zentrum - - nur wenige Schritte zur UBahn, zu einem wunderbaren Restaurant, Café …. Grazie per il tempo magnifico!

Let's begin with the biggest Wow factor in our many years of using booking.com. These first class hosts, both Lia and Emilio, really have surpassed every possible benchmark of what Top Class, real Five Star exceptional people's skills beyond the wildest imagination. We often note many hosts are over rated, though these wonderful people deserved 10:10 and beyond at every benchmark. They are a couple that go out of their way to ensure every conceivable aspect, from the local bars, to supermarkets, through every room, on how every item functions spot on. They met us in the complex foyer, with real Italian style family welcomes. We immediately felt at ease, as if home. "We want you to enjoy Our House As Your House"....says it All...the property is carefully decorated in a thoughtful manner, and every possible item in the kitchen for any manner of meals ready to roll. They leave a wonderfully wrapped gift for customers, together with free beers, and biscuits and pastries....the rooms and bathroom are also full of decent sized towels and bedding to compliment your stay, ...Washing machine. Dishwasher. Hob, oven all immaculate ready to roll. ...we will raise the bar once again by stating this apartment is well beyond the 10;10 five star rating, and ranks at the very top of any apartment we have ever used through both booking.com and Airbandb, by a huge margin...top marks in every aspect. ...finally the location is only a few easy minutes walk to the nearest Metro station with easy links to wonderful sights as Pompei etc, and for Airport transport from the main station Garibaldi...sure going to miss this Apartment...A benchmark that we really believe cannot ever be surpassed..God Bless both Lia and Emilio for getting it bang on correct.

La disponibilité des hôtes, l'appartement très propre et soigné. L'équipement : tout y est. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les boissons mises à notre disposition pour notre arrivée tardive ainsi que le café et le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. La place de parking nous a été très utile et nous a permis de laisser notre voiture sans souci et découvrir la ville en métro, avec un arrêt très proche du domicile.
