Our host was really very helpful! Upon knowing that we were reaching Vietnam early in the morning, they offered to check if there would be a room ready for an early check in. Even though the original room planned for us had some issues, they initiated a free upgrade to a better room and gave us early check in free of charge. This was very well communicated to us and host was extremely quick with replies even early in the morning. Upon checking some details about the house, our host was always quick to reply, and gave us everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, our experience with this apartment and host exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend others to book with them.
Just the water pressure for the shower was a little low. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
