It is located precisely very near airport
Very good hotel service
Clean and hospitality is very good
Management can think about affordable dinner options too

Breakfast was very good. Nice selections of foods both continental & local dishes. Friendly staff were always available to assist. The facilities were clean and the staff were dressed smartly too.
The fees associated with transport to & from hotel weren't communicated clearly to me at time of reservation and the $20 USD for less than 10 minute ride is very extreme. The bus was also shabby and no AC working.

Stay at the center of the city, excellent roof top restaurant

The food was good, and the staff were generally pleasant. However, we were disappointed by the lack of flexibility during an emergency. We requested to cancel one night and receive a refund, but this was declined. Since a refund was not possible, we asked if the hotel could assist us with transport to the train station, but this was also declined, and we were asked to pay for the transport ourselves. Despite explaining the urgency of our situation and our need to be in Dar by 10 a.m., we felt our concerns were not understood. Overall, the experience left us disappointed.
Flexibility was poor
