Proximidad a la playa, piscina, dos baños, parking, piso grande y vistas al mar.
Ropa de cama de polyester/acrílicas es algo que no puedes poner en un piso en verano, muy desagradable para dormir sudando toda la noche. Tiene que ser algodón en un piso de esta nivel.
El sótano de parking lleno de charcos de aguas residuales y saliendo desde el techo del sotano por encima de mi coche con un olor horrible.

Large balcony
The view was described as spectacular - it was good, one could see the sea, but only from sideways on from the balcony. So lovely, but not quite spectacular.
As is usual in such buildings, the sound proofing is not great, and the neighbours had a dog that sometimes yapped all night.
