la vue et l'emplacement. Le confort du logement.
Le problème avec la caution.(800 €) Pas d'état des lieux à l'entrée et à la sortie. Après passage de la dame de ménage, on nous dit que tout est ok. Quelques jours plus tard, problème, information nous disant que le remboursement de caution n'est pas assuré pour un problème avec une couette. Aucune preuve de l'origine et de la date... Cela a fini par s'arranger et nous avons été remboursés mais expérience désagréable qui nous a inquiétés et nous rendra donc prudents à l'avenir quant aux locations avec caution et sans état des lieux.
